These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ScribeQ, an Android speech transcription software application developed and operated by Cogmesh Labs ("we", "us", or "our").

1. License Grant & Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable subscription or license fees, Cogmesh Labs grants you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use ScribeQ on your personal Android devices.

2. Free Trial & Subscriptions

• 7-Day Free Trial: New installations receive an unrestricted 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to initiate the trial.
• Commercial Licensing: Continued access to ScribeQ speech proxy features after trial expiration requires an active ScribeQ Pro subscription or Lifetime License key.
• Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC). Lemon Squeezy handles all customer service inquiries and returns relating to billing.

3. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

We stand behind the performance of ScribeQ. If ScribeQ does not meet your acoustic or dictation standards, you are entitled to a full, unconditional refund within 14 days of your initial purchase via Lemon Squeezy.

4. Acceptable Use & Operating System Integrity

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying proxy source code or commercial speech routing endpoints.
• Use automated scripts to flood or conduct denial-of-service attacks against our edge proxy infrastructure.
• Circumvent or tamper with licensing validation or rate-limiting safeguards.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

ScribeQ is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Cogmesh Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the software.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
